For Vedic Services, The date selected for the Pooja(s) or offering(s) cannot be changed after making the payment. However, if the temple due to reasons best known to them, does decide to cancel a Puja or an event scheduled by you, an alternative date will be provided for the same. The processing fees or transaction costs, if any, should be borne by the card holder and may be charged extra with the pujas and offerings rate.
If you want to transfer the Puja service in benefit of some other person, you will need to contact us at contact@guidemepc.com, at least two days prior to the Puja.
Guideme Pc has transparent & fair Return Policy. Customer is entitled for 100% return & can raise request for same within 10 days from date of delivery if below conditions are met.
Conditions To Be Eligible For Return & Exchange
Customer gets 100% refund if gemstone is proved synthetic / artificial by any approved / reputed gemological institute. Guideme Pc provides 100% Natural gemstones with certificate of authenticity.
If item delivered is not as per the description mentioned on our website.
If the item is found damaged or not in good condition on delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality check & good packaging from our end.
Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc.
All requests for return of product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. No requests for returns after ten (10) days from date of delivery will be processed.
We don’t entertain return & refund in any other case. Dealers who buy-back or exchange used gemstones, work on business model where used gemstones are passed on to the next customer.
